Pricing & Payment

• Applicable taxes (GST, customs duties, port charges) are additional unless expressly stated as inclusive.

Quality, Delivery & Force Majeure

• Third-party lab analysis at the point of dispatch shall be the reference standard unless otherwise contracted.
